The network
Five cities, and every direct line between them.
Bucharest is where the largest share of daily departures originate, since so many law firms, embassies and headquarters offices are based there. The four regional corridors below are the ones run most often, but a direct route between any two of the five cities can be arranged without transiting Bucharest.
Approximately 450 km by road, typically five to six hours of driving depending on traffic through the Carpathian passes.
Collected before ten, delivered the same evening in most cases.
Approximately 550 km by road, the longest of the four regular corridors, generally six to seven hours of driving.
Same-day delivery depends on an early confirmed pickup, ideally before ten.
Approximately 400 km by road, around five to six hours of driving on the eastern route.
A common corridor for notary and consular paperwork moving between the two cities.
Approximately 170 km by road, the shortest corridor, roughly two and a half to three hours of driving.
Often run more than once in a day when several bookings land close together.
Routes that do not pass through Bucharest
Cluj to Iași, Cluj to Timișoara, Cluj to Brașov, Timișoara to Iași, Timișoara to Brașov, and Iași to Brașov are all handled as direct point-to-point trips. The driver does not detour through Bucharest to pick up or drop off anything else. Because these distances vary widely, same-day delivery depends on the specific pair of cities and how early the pickup is confirmed.
A booking placed before ten in the morning is the working cutoff for a same-day attempt on any of these pairs. A shorter pairing, such as Cluj to Brașov, comfortably fits within a working day. A longer pairing, such as Timișoara to Iași, may need to be confirmed earlier or scheduled for delivery the following morning, and dispatch will say which applies at the time of booking.
Timing on any route
What the ten a.m. cutoff actually decides
Booked at 9:40
A pickup confirmed by 9:40 in the morning is treated as a same-day job on any of the standard corridors. The driver is briefed, the route is planned, and the shipment is expected to reach the destination city within the working day.
Booked at 10:15
A pickup confirmed after ten is still accepted. It is simply moved into the next available slot, which usually means collection later that day and delivery the following morning instead of the same evening.
