How personal data is handled on this website and through bookings

When the contact form is used, we collect the email address and message content you enter, and optionally a name. When the tracking lookup form is used, we collect a booking reference and the email address associated with it. No payment details are collected through this website.

Standard technical data such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited may be recorded automatically by the hosting infrastructure, independent of any cookies described in the Cookie Policy.

Data submitted through the contact form is processed to respond to your enquiry, on the basis of your consent given by submitting the form, and where relevant, on the basis of the steps necessary to enter into a service arrangement, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

Bookings arranged by phone or email involve additional data, such as pickup and delivery addresses, recipient names, and shipment descriptions. This data is used solely to arrange and carry out the transport and to produce delivery confirmation, including the timestamped photograph taken on hand-over.

This website uses cookies for necessary, functional and, where consented to, analytics purposes. Full details, including how to withdraw consent, are set out in the separate Cookie Policy, in line with Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up, generally not exceeding twenty-four months. Booking-related data connected to an actual shipment is retained for the period required by applicable accounting and commercial record-keeping obligations under Romanian law.

Personal data is not sold. It may be shared with service providers strictly involved in operating this website or delivering a booked shipment, such as hosting providers, and, where legally required, with public authorities upon a valid request.

Where a service provider used for hosting or email delivery is located outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses recognised under GDPR, are relied upon for that transfer.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request portability of data you provided directly, subject to the conditions set out in Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), reachable at www.dataprotection.ro, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
