Status without a live map, but rarely without an answer.

There is no public tracking portal with a moving dot on a map. Instead, status runs through three simple channels: a confirmation message when the shipment is booked, a direct phone line to the driver while it is in transit, and a timestamped photo the moment it is delivered.

Check a booking reference

If a reference number was given at booking, dispatch can confirm the current stage of that shipment by phone or email. This form does not display live results on screen. It simply lets you send the reference ahead so dispatch has it ready when you call.

How status moves along the route

Five points of contact, from booking to delivery

  1. 1

    Booking confirmation

An email or message confirms the pickup address, destination, driver name and estimated collection window.

  2. 2

    Pickup notice

A short message is sent once the driver has collected the shipment and is on the way to the destination city.

  3. 3

    Direct driver contact

The driver's phone number is available for the length of the trip, for a quick call if plans on either end change.

  4. 4

    Delivery photo

A timestamped photograph of the hand-over is sent as soon as the shipment reaches the recipient.

  5. 5

    Receipt

A printed or emailed receipt records the pickup and delivery times, useful for internal files or billing.

Common questions

A few things people usually ask before booking

The person who booked the shipment is called immediately. Depending on the situation, the driver either waits a reasonable amount of time, tries an alternative contact at the same address, or returns later that day.

A call to the driver or to dispatch can update the drop-off point while the shipment is already in transit, as long as it stays within the same destination city or a reasonable detour.

A photo confirmation is standard on every delivery. A written signature slip is available in addition, when requested at the time of booking, for shipments under a regulated chain-of-custody requirement.

The shipment is still accepted. Depending on the corridor and current schedule, delivery may happen later the same day or the following morning, and dispatch will confirm which at the time of booking.
