The terms that apply to bookings and use of this website

The service consists of intercity transport of documents and small parcels between Bucharest, Cluj, Timișoara, Iași and Brașov, using a driver assigned to a single route for the duration of a given shipment. This website describes the service and provides a way to make contact. It does not process online payments and does not provide an automated live tracking map.

Bookings confirmed before ten in the morning are generally scheduled for same-day collection and delivery on the routes described on the Coverage Area page. Bookings confirmed after this time, or for longer cross-routes, may be scheduled for delivery the following day. Exact scheduling is confirmed individually by dispatch at the time of booking and depends on driver availability.

Pricing depends on the route, the size and declared value of the shipment, and whether delivery falls on a weekday, a weekend or a public holiday. Weekend and holiday routing is billed at a premium rate. Prices and payment terms are confirmed directly with dispatch before a booking is finalised and are not published as fixed rates on this website.

Coverage for loss or damage in transit is based on the declared value recorded at the time of pickup. Items that are not accurately declared, or items prohibited by Romanian transport regulations, are not covered. Liability is limited in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Romanian Civil Code governing carriage contracts.

A booking may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting dispatch before the driver departs, where practical. If a recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, dispatch will attempt to reach an alternative contact or arrange a new delivery attempt, which may involve an additional charge depending on the circumstances.

The text, layout and images on this website belong to the operator of this service or are used under appropriate licence. Reproduction for purposes unrelated to evaluating or using the courier service described here is not permitted without prior written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or from a booked shipment that cannot be resolved directly will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts, without prejudice to any consumer protection rights available under applicable EU or national law.
